No Refunds on Digital Products
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to this digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital download has commenced.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or opening the file, contact us at nikitas.tsolekas@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
